Margo Maakestad is a Philadelphia Based artist with a background in printmaking and design work. Her work is deeply influenced by digital worlds, a playful exploration of liminal spaces, and exploring the relationship between screenprint and sculpture.

Maakestad received a BA in Design from Temple University, and has exhibited work in Pennsylvania and Idaho. Her work has achieved attention from Tyler School of Art and various Philadelphian art spaces. She currently works for the National Liberty Museum in their Marketing & Content Creation department
